How do I change an order?Updated 6 months ago

If we haven’t shipped your order out, we can attempt to catch your order and update the item(s) for you. (+/- any cost difference between products).  Small parcel/accessory orders typically ship within 24 hours, so changes to these need to be communicated promptly.  Tent orders are typically picked and palletized within 48 hours.

If you would like to change your order please contact our sales team ASAP. 

If your tent has already been shipped we will be unable to change your order.
