You can find replacement parts for your tent right here.

In order to request other replacement parts not listed above, please contact our Support Team with the following information:

• Order number
• Tent model
• Quantity needed
• Picture of the part if possible

Longer or shorter bolts are available at the hardware store- we do not sell or make them. You can pick up standard M8 x 1.25 hardware.
